How Induction Heating Device Works


This 2.5KW-3.5KW Induction heater is a small and medium power device, suitable for local heating, small workpiece processing, laboratory and civilian scenes. 2.5KW 3.5KW induction heater use for industrial fields
1. Metal processing and heat treatment
Small mold preheating: preheat the mold surface to 150-300℃, shorten the injection molding and die casting cycle, and reduce thermal shock.
Case: Preheat the mold before injection molding of plastic parts, single preheating time <5 minutes.
Precision parts annealing: eliminate machining stress, suitable for local annealing of tools and shaft parts (hardness HRC30-50).

2. Welding and brazing
